How do I place an order on Karytar?

Before you can start shopping, make sure you have registered an account on Karytar. Browse through our categories/sub-categories or use the search bar to find your favorite products.

How to subscribe newsletters?

Step 1: Login to your account using your user id and password.
Step 2: Go to Homepage, newsletter section.
Step 3: Enter your desired email and click on subscribe button.
Step 4: Popup success message will appear on your screen.
Step 5: You will get Subscribe then and there.

Note: It can only be done through website.

How can I sign-up as a customer?

Step 1: Go to “Karytar’s Website”.
Step 2: Click on login/register option in the top menu.
Step 3: Click on “Create An Account” Button.
Step 4: Enter your email address.
Step 5: Activate your account and add personal detail from “My Account” Dashboard.

How to reset your password?

If you forgot your password and need to know how to do it? So, please follow as per below:

Step 1: Click on “Forgot Password”.
Step 2: Add registered “Email”.
Step 3: Verify through the link sent to that email.
Step 4: Click on verification link “Verify Code”.
Step 6: Enter “New Password” and then “Retype Password”.

Your password has been reset.

How can I add a new delivery address to my account?

It’s easy! Just follow the below steps:

To add an additional delivery address to your account:
Step 1: Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of your screen. (if you are logged in you would see your name there)
Step 2: Go to the “Dashboard”.
Step 3: Click on “Addresses”.
Step 4: You will be directed to your account where you will find”Address Detail” in the right section.
Step 5: Click on“Add a New Address”button, enter you complete new address & click on “Update” button.
